       In this modern world people are becoming more attracted to the materialistic life which are not so perfect and long lasting , we every one should know that the happiness should be searched and gained through the humble practice of compassion,love,peace etc

so in this world there is not peace prevailing in our world. There are lots of violence,murder,theft, etc
so in the countries like Libya,Syria,Somalia,Nigeria,Iraq,etc there are not peace. People are searching for happiness not through peace,love,compassion etc but through violence.

The people who are blindly believed in their religion and doing for a cause without understanding whether it is good or bad,but  they just does.

How to prepare the bittergroud

                              How to prepare bitter gourd .
The first thing about the bitter gourd is that,it is too bitter, but it very helpful for your health.

Requirement:

1. Bitter gourd.
2. 3 pieces of onions chopped.
3. green chillies or powder is also accepted.
4.  salt.

Recipe:

1. Cut the bitter gourd after washing it ,into slices {note:cut out the tip and bottom part of bitter groud}
2. In a frying pan put 10ml of oil.
3. let it get hot and then add these chopped bitter gourd, let it completely cook well,
4. keep on stirring at 2 minutes of time,
5. when the bitter gourd is cooked properly,add the onions upon it,
6. then sprinkle of salt and the required spices,then mix it properly,
7. leave it for 2 min and your simple bitter gourd dish is ready!!!
8. then enjoy the dish.
9. you can serve with steamed rice and other curries.

 

Chauri Gai (cow)

                                         Chauri gai is a cow which is generally found on himalayan region of Nepal and Tibet, its is very beautiful and huge in size compared to other cow but smaller then jersi cows,this female cow is a crossbreed of mighty yak and cow which is quite similar as yak with thick fur and tail like horses but the body structure is like cow, this cows are generally breed for their milk producing quality, they gives good amount of milk compared to other cows, the people of himalayan region herd them in a group and makes churpi (a fat and nourished cheese like substance made from curd) and Ghee which is very nutrients and also expensive.They have very sharp pointed and attractive horns which is marvellous.
         these cows generally prefer to live in cool and colder places rather then hot places,they are strong compared to other cows and the sad thing about it is the animal raiser kills the baby of chauri because it is said that the babies of them are not valueable and they are not suitable for milk also so they are like useless. These cows  gives milk three time a day morning at 3 am ,in noon 12 pm  and at 6pm so in a day so good amount of milk is gathered per day.

the breeding is familiar as the cows and gives birth to one child in a year.

the male  chauri which is bigger in size then female and they are used for transportation means.
