How to prepare bitter gourd .
The first thing about the bitter gourd is that,it is too bitter, but it very helpful for your health.

Requirement:
- Bitter gourd.
- 3 pieces of onions chopped.
- green chillies or powder is also accepted.
- salt.
- Cut the bitter gourd after washing it ,into slices {note:cut out the tip and bottom part of bitter groud}
- In a frying pan put 10ml of oil.
- let it get hot and then add these chopped bitter gourd, let it completely cook well,
- keep on stirring at 2 minutes of time,
- when the bitter gourd is cooked properly,add the onions upon it,
- then sprinkle of salt and the required spices,then mix it properly,
- leave it for 2 min and your simple bitter gourd dish is ready!!!
- then enjoy the dish.
- you can serve with steamed rice and other curries.
