How to prepare the bittergroud

                              How to prepare bitter gourd .
The first thing about the bitter gourd is that,it is too bitter, but it very helpful for your health.

Requirement:
  1. Bitter gourd.
  2. 3 pieces of onions chopped.
  3. green chillies or powder is also accepted.
  4.  salt.
Recipe:
  1. Cut the bitter gourd after washing it ,into slices {note:cut out the tip and bottom part of bitter groud}
  2. In a frying pan put 10ml of oil.
  3. let it get hot and then add these chopped bitter gourd, let it completely cook well,
  4. keep on stirring at 2 minutes of time,
  5. when the bitter gourd is cooked properly,add the onions upon it,
  6. then sprinkle of salt and the required spices,then mix it properly,
  7. leave it for 2 min and your simple bitter gourd dish is ready!!!
  8. then enjoy the dish.
  9. you can serve with steamed rice and other curries.
