How to be well prepared for the collection of Yarsagumba.

The medicinal herb Yarsagumbu (cordyceps sinesis).

since I have mentioned the details and districts of Nepal which has Yarsagumba , so if you are willing to go to those places where you want to collect it. you should know many things before you plan it out ,the trip requires lots of things which will be needed over there ,when you are there. you don't want to make the things go out of hand when you reach there but instead you can be fully prepared about it.

so these things are very essentials .these are as follows

1. A tent : a tent generally proves worth over there ,if 3 or 4 person are sharing it and you will be made convenient ,as you can set it up easily and fast . 
2. A tarpaulin : if there are more than 4 person in your group then better to own a Tarpaulin of 18*24 size. which will give you full protection from the rain,snow,wind etc
3. Gloves : gloves that are warm and water proof will help you a lot as you have to deal with lots of cold weather ,with cold water etc
4. Garments : while you be there be sure to pack some warm clothes like sweater ,scarf,hat,trousers,etc try to bring extra clothes for changing.
5. Rain suits : A good quality of rain suits will help you a lot as you don't know when will it rain or not so its better to be well prepared before we face the situation. {note : if you are wearing rain suits then don't forget to wear the full shirts inside of rain suits,because the sweat from body will wet the rain suits as most of them are wind proof also ,which will lead to increment of body temperature.
6. Moisturizer : If you are well aware about your face,body and skin then do not forget to pack up some moisturizers ,which will prevent the damage to the face and skin.
7. Foodings : get some instant foods like instant noodles,biscuits,chocolates,coffee,rice ,lentils,dry vegetables,etc 
8. Khukuri (nepali knife ) : the khukuri is very important as you have to cut bamboos,woods,etc for many reason and it will be for self defense also.
9. Kerosene with match sticks or lighter : since it will be difficult to burn fire in the cold places the kerosene will burn perfectly ,in no more than minutes. if you have brought match sticks then remember to keep it dry .
10. Blankets and foam : You know that ,above there it will be cold so warm blankets and foam are very essentials .
11. Miscellaneous : tooth brush ,tooth paste,soap,shampoo, a hard tooth brush .etc (note : hard tooth brush is required as for the cleaning of yarsagumba after collecting ).

The Cordyceps sinesis is a medical herb that is found in the himalayan region of Nepal,Tibet,Vietnam,and other mountainous country .It cane be found in the altitude ranging from 3000 metre to 5000 metre from the sea level. These medicinal herbs has great importance to the health of people directly and indirectly because of many reasons. These are very beneficial for the health related issues. This herbs are well used by the Chinese people since many years ago.

This herbs has uplifted the living standard of many people through out the country .These herbs are collected during the summer season as the snow will melt down and the larvae will be turned into dead plant when the fungus starts to grow over its tip of head.people from many places goes to collect these value able herb ,during the summer season. The Yarsagumba are generally found in these districts of Nepal like Rasuwa,Sindhupalchok,Dolakha,Dolpa,Manang,Mustang,Gorkha,solukhumbhu, and other mountainous districts of Nepal. So these herbs has different value of money according to its size,quality,broadness,color,length etc .The herbs that are found in the eastern region of Nepal are comparably smaller in size than the those which are found in the western and far-western region of Nepal. many people from different part of the nation goes to such a risky places where there is not an insurance for their life. If someone can take the risks then he can earn some money also.

The time period for the collection of Yarsagumba in the central region is from march - july , approximately 3 months of total collection period. If you are willing to go to collect Yarsagumba in this area ,then it is available this year of 2015.

The go down of garbage in Kathmandu city !!!

Kathmandu the capital city of Nepal ,and one of the main trade center of the nation, now started to face the problem of the garbage . The city itself is listed in one of the most dirtiest city in the world but the government is ignoring and snoring . we the citizen wants a peaceful,clean ,green and pollution free city or an environment to live in .

According to the recent incident, it was recorded that a 5 years old child was hit with a garbage collecting vehicle and led to sudden death . with that incident the victims family vandalized ,destroyed a total of 22 million Nepali rupees property. what was the security forces were doing then ? a big question to be asked . The garbage collection office has been halted since then and demanded a full security to their employee and the employer . along with it the driver who accidentally killed a child was also hurt on that incident. 

now it has been a week and the garbage collection office has not started which is in nuwakot,dhading,nepal. so the heaps of garbage are thrown in the city street,corners,and everywhere. if the concerned authority did not take any action against it and solved that problem then the city in some days will be full of garbage and we will win the competition of dirtiest city in the world. it has affected the daily life of thousands of people here . 

So I want to raise a question , that is can we clean the city or the world ?
